Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT ERP Support Specialist to join our team. The IT ERP Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The successful candidate will collaborate with end-users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure the smooth operation of the ERP system and resolve any issues that arise. This role requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the ERP system, including resolving user issues, system errors, and data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with end-users to identify and understand system-related problems, determine root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Assist in the configuration, customization, and implementation of ERP modules based on business requirements.
- Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure proper functionality and adherence to business processes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of system documentation, including user manuals, standard operating procedures, and technical specifications.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies to improve system efficiency and user experience.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ERP modules, functionalities, and integration points.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving ERP system issues.
- Familiarity with SQL queries and database concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
