Techno Reliable Electronic Distribution OPC - Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all sales of products and provision of installation services by Techno Reliable Electronic Distribution OPC ("we," "us," "our") to you, the customer ("you," "your"). By purchasing products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Techno Reliable Electronic Distribution OPC for the purchase of goods and services. No other terms or conditions shall be of any effect unless agreed upon in writing by an authorized representative of our company.
2. Product Warranty: Standard Factory Defect Warranty
All electronic products sold by Techno Reliable Electronic Distribution OPC are covered by a Standard Factory Defect Warranty.
2.1. Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise from the manufacturing process. The warranty is provided by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and is passed on to you through us. The specific duration and terms of this warranty (e.g., 1 year, 2 years) are determined by the manufacturer and will be specified at the time of purchase or in the product documentation.
2.2. Claim Process: To make a claim under this warranty, you must:
Present the original proof of purchase (sales invoice or official receipt).
Report the defect to us within the manufacturer's specified warranty period.
Return the defective product to our designated service center.
2.3. Remedy: Our sole obligation, and your exclusive remedy, under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, as determined by the manufacturer's warranty policy.
2.4. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
Accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Installation, maintenance, or repair performed by unauthorized personnel.
Power surges, lightning, fire, flood, or other external causes.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
Use of the product for purposes other than its intended design.
3. Workmanship Warranty for Installation Services
When you engage Techno Reliable Electronic Distribution OPC to install products purchased from us, our labor is covered by a separate Workmanship Warranty. This warranty is independent of the Standard Factory Defect Warranty and covers the quality of the installation service itself.
We offer the following tiers of workmanship warranty, based on the service package selected at the time of purchase:
3.1. Standard Workmanship Warranty (15-Day Coverage)
Coverage: This warranty is included with all our standard installation services. It covers any defects directly attributable to our installation labor, such as faulty wiring connections, improper mounting, or incorrect configuration of the installed unit.
Duration: Valid for ninety (15) days from the date of completed installation.
Remedy: We will, at no additional labor cost, dispatch our technical team to diagnose and rectify the installation error. This may involve re-wiring, re-mounting, or re-configuring the system to our professional standards. This does not cover the cost of replacement parts if the issue is due to a product defect (covered under Section 2).
3.2. Premium Workmanship Warranty (1-Year Coverage)
Coverage: Available for an additional fee. This extended warranty provides comprehensive protection against any issue arising from our installation workmanship. It includes all benefits of the Standard Warranty, plus priority service scheduling and one (1) complimentary system check-up within the warranty period.
Duration: Valid for one (1) year from the date of completed installation.
Remedy: We will provide priority service to diagnose and correct any installation-related faults at no charge for labor. The complimentary check-up can be scheduled at your convenience to ensure optimal system performance.
3.3. Exclusions from Workmanship Warranty: This warranty is void if:
The installed equipment is moved, altered, or serviced by anyone other than an authorized technician from Techno Reliable Electronic Distribution OPC.
The defect is a result of structural changes to the installation site, vandalism, or environmental factors beyond our control.
The issue is caused by the failure of the product itself (i.e., a factory defect), which falls under the manufacturer's warranty.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techno Reliable Electronic Distribution OPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of the purchase, use, or installation of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
